Caulfield Cup on Saturday and Trigger is giving you a head start on betting this weekend and the Norman Robinson looks the place to start. Only 12 in the field but a heap of chances. The sole filly in the field Miss Scarlatti squeezes in as top pick to nose out Wookah and Emperor Bonaparte. I suggest have $20 on the longest price of the 3.
The best of the day appears in race 5 and we speak of number 6, Murtajill. Have a go at this one with $50 the win.
Again, value is what we will look for in the Caulfield Cup. I give huge chances to both the 7, Mad Rush and 16 Riva San. We will have a lazy $10 on both of these. Douro Valley (9) and Ice Chariot (10) are the other value bets in the Gup. Take some multiples around these and throw in shorter priced horses such as the 3 and 18.
The only one that can stuff us up is the toppy and you cannot deny champions
