Add these ones to your little black book for the upcoming Spring racing carnival.

Horse                                       Comment

Serenade Rose            With the strong Freedman stable and is a class mare.  A definite Caulfield Cup chance who will sprint well fresh.  Back her first up and then wait until she gets to 2000 - 2400 metres.

El Segundo            Likely to be the main danger to Serenade Rose in the Caulfield Cup.  Take him with a few of the top chances in Caulfield - Melbourne Cup doubles.

Haradasun            Has won his only race by 11 lengths be it in the bush.  Whispers have it that he will not be out of place in the Caulfield Guineas for 3 year olds.  Get on for his entire preparation.

Miss Finland            Best performed juvenile of last season with the very strong Hayes stable.  Will sprint well first up and back with safety in any event up to 1600 metres.

Gallant Tess            This young lady is a real stayer in the making.  May sprint well first up but will really come into her own in races from 1600 metres.

De Lago Mist                        Ditto Gallant Tess.  1600 up until the Oaks.

Excites                                     As this young fellows name suggest he will bring excitement to the racing season.  Could be capable of anything.  Leave him alone over the shorter sprint distances and get on once he gets to 1400 metres and beyond.

Casino Prince            A gallant performer in his 2YO season.  Try safely in events from 1000 to 1600 metres and this fellow may go further.

Churchill Downs            Another from the Hayes stable who is being aimed at the Caulfield Guineas.  Should be backed with confidence in every start he has.

Eremein            The star WFA performer of the Autumn in Sydney who only has to handle the Melbourne way of racing to take the mantle of Australia's best horse.  He will race well fresh but 1600 - 2400 metres is his go.  The early Cox Plate favourite.

De Beers            Are on me, especially if this under rated performer lives up to Triggers expectations.  Has been set for the Cox Plate and Caulfield Cup and should be taken in Feature Race Doubles.

Red Dazzler            Triggers sprinter to follow.  A bit disappointing behind the talented Minson last Saturday but will get better.  Get on from 1200 up to 1400 metres.

So there you have the 12 horses in Triggers stable.  Back them with confidence.

Triggers Virtual ‘Phone Account has 500 AUD in it and we will see how we go with our punt over the carnival.  We commence this Saturday.

Two horses from the stable are running on Saturday.

In Melbourne we have El Segundo running in the Aurie Star H'cap over the unsuitable 1200 metres.  Wait for something longer.

In Sydney classy three year old Casino Prince runs in the San Domenico Stakes which is a set weights with penalties race.  At the set weight he will be hard to beat.  The TVPA is having $25 on him to win and a $5 exacta with My Middi to come second.
