Righty O!  Heading into round 3 we have 4 undefeated teams and 4 teams yet to trouble the scorer.  That means 8 teams at one and one for those who cannot do the maths. 

Digger tipped you 7 from 8 last week so let’s see what the seer of seers says for round 3. 

By the time you read this Geelong will have notched up their 3^rd win after a tight contest against Collingwood.  You will notice from the score that the Pies still lack a match winning forward and that Cameron Mooney with 5 majors was the difference. Pendlebury was great for the ‘Pies while young Gazza again picked up the 3 votes. 

St. Kilda will have another won when they host the West Coast.  Gee, their forward line looks an absolute ripper with goals aplenty.  The Saints will get home by 5 goals. 

A tough won to call when Sydney travel north to meet the Lions.  Brisbane need to wake up before half time as this will prove costly in the long run.  Sydney shocked all last week with a good victory over hawthorn but can they back up?  Brisbane to scrape in. 

Carlton have started the season with a bang while youth proved a great fillup for Essendon last week.  Both teams have some very promising players with Carlton looking to play finals this year.  However, never under estimate a Bomber outfit against the Blues.  Essendon won both clashes last year and Digger sees them repeating this dose this weekend. 

Melbourne try hard but will not prove anything this week.  Port Adelaide to waltz in. 

Hawthorn needs to get the season up and happening but injuries continue to plague.  North Melbourne currently embroiled in the chook fiasco may have other things on their mind.  Hawthorn to notch win number one for 2009. 

Fremantle host Adelaide and while form says Adelaide will win it is now the time for Fremantle to upset everyone’s tipping form guide and notch a win. Believe me when I say that Fremantle will win.  It is harsh on Adelaide but that is the Mentals way. 

Finally, the Western Bulldogs will massacre Richmond.
